Convenience Store and Fuel Dock The convenience store carries a variety of snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine to go, ice, suntan products and other sundries. The fuel dock has easy access to two grades of gasoline and complete pump out facilities.

• Pier 121 Marina offers ample member parking year round and a shuttle during the boating season. Dock carts are available at the walkway entrance for your convenience.
  
• Pier 121 Marina has clean, comfortable and attractive “member’s only” restroom and shower facilities with blow dryers and toiletries.
  
• Party Docks are scattered through out Pier 121 Marina for the exclusive use of its members. Celebrate birthdays and special events, have “dock parties”, or just sit and watch the lake activity with friends and family.
  
• The East Hill Park 40 acre day use park contains covered picnic tables and plenty of open area to accommodate all activities. Whether you want a small family picnic, a family reunion or corporate event, you will have plenty of space and a beautiful view of the lake. Bring your volleyball and badminton nets, kites, lawn chairs and refreshments and spend the day.
