How soon can I put my boat in a slip or storage unit at Pier 121 Marina?

As soon as you have decided on your personal storage or slip needs, the contract can be executed. We require a signed Slip/Storage Lease Agreement and proof of insurance on your vessel naming the marina as "additionally named insured" and your deposit. Your vessel can be in the water in just a couple of days and sometimes the same day.

Pier 121 Marina does not provide 24 hour security. Members have electronic gate card access to the docks and the dry storage areas. There is a night watchman on the property from sunset to sunrise.
